A: All our bottles are made of food-grade, lead-free glass, compliant with FDA (US), CE (EU), and LFGB (Germany) standards. We provide third-party testing reports upon request for customs clearance.

A: We offer sea freight (25–40 days for major ports), air freight (5–10 days), and express (DHL/FedEx, 3–7 days for samples). Bulk orders are typically shipped via sea for cost efficiency; exact timelines depend on the destination port and customs clearance speed.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk orders?
A: The MOQ is 5,000 units for standard bottle styles; custom-shaped bottles require a higher MOQ of 10,000 units due to mold development costs. Sample orders (1–10 units) are available with no MOQ limit.
 

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We support T/T (30% deposit in advance, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight (for large orders), and PayPal/Western Union for sample payments. All transactions are settled in USD.

After-Sales Support
Q: What if I receive damaged or defective bottles?
A: Inspect goods upon delivery and take photos of damaged packaging/bottles within 3 working days. We will either arrange a replacement (for small quantities) or credit the damaged portion in your next order, based on the loss report and third-party inspection results.

Q: Can I return or exchange products if they do not meet my requirements?
A: Returns/exchanges are only accepted for non-customized products with quality issues confirmed by our technical team. Customized bottles (with unique logos/shapes) cannot be returned unless there is a production error on our end.

Q: How can I track my order status?
A: After shipment, we will send a tracking number and shipping documents via email. You can track sea/air freight via the carrier's official website, or contact our customer service team for real-time updates.
